Industrial Convection Ovens

Catalytic industrial convection ovens have long been a leading choice
for the uniform, efficient cure of liquid coatings and adhesives. Used downstream
of a ramp-up oven, Catalytic industrial convection ovens provide an excellent,
highly consistent cure for powder coatings, too. For this application,
we recommend the use of a powder gel / ramp up oven upstream of the
convection module for optimum results.

Catalytic industrial convection ovens range in size from those used in
laboratories to the largest system used in steel tempering, stress relieving
and aluminum aging.

Catalytic industrial convection ovens distribute heat evenly,
and are well-suited to parts with complex shapes.  Heat energy is moderate,
rather than high intensity, so convection is compatible with many substrates.
The performance of industrial convection ovens is also unaffected
by the reflective properties of some coatings, a factor which can preclude
the use of other cure methods.

Catalytic provides a broad range of product transport options for
industrial convection ovens, including floor conveyors, overhead trolleys,
and flight conveyors.

Catalytic has more than 50 years experience in the engineering and manufacturing of industrial convection ovens that meet customers’ goals.
Systems have numerous important standard features, and options that
include programmable controls, forced exhaust and forced cooling,
interior lighting and NFPA Class A certifiability.
